Prior to taking a new listing, each potential one is reviewed and discussed to determine the best approach to market and sell the property. Then we prepare a customized marketing plan for the review, and approval of each seller. Then our real work begins. This includes the advertising plans (our advertising expenditures probably exceed most small businesses around the 10 to 15 million dollar level in sales!) with premier publications that we have carefully researched for image, and the target market they reach. Then our team schedules activities such as Open Houses, Special Events Realtor luncheons, evening special invitation events which are tailored to showcase your home to a target market or group of Realtors. Our own personal website allows us to feature and highlight our listings on an as needed basis, which we totally control.
