The development of Shady Oaks is located in Southlake, Texas. Once completed, Shady Oaks will contain around 136 luxury homes. The wooded home sites will range from one-half to one acre, with prices for the residences ranging from $1.5 to $3 million.

Shady Oaks is located on 100 acres south of Texas State Highway 114, and will be one of the last estate-like, residential areas in Southlake. The land was, for many decades previously, the farmstead of a prominent Southlake founding family. When designing the home sites and common areas, every consideration was given to preserving the trees indigenous to the site. Also, the layout of the community was dictated by the lay of the land as much as possible. This will allow Shady Oaks residents to be able to enjoy the same natural beauty that has always existed.
