The 2,400-acre Trophy Club master plan is truly an oasis strategically located in the ever-expanding Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Today Trophy Club is undergoing a “new beginning,” moving forward to implement a revitalized long-term master plan and vision.
Central to this expansionist vision is a “village concept” creating new residential villages of a distinctive nature in harmony with the unique attributes of the land, from rolling terrain and hillside vistas to expansive golf course fairways, and gated golf and lakeside enclaves.
Enhancing this vision is the $5 million investment to date in new country club, golf course and recreation amenities. Additional amenity development underway and planned include the fourth nine holes at the country club, swim and tennis center, the equestrian center and extensive parks and greenbelts meandering through the town.
The Northwest ISD serving Trophy Club is actively preparing its students for the 21st century. Lakeview Elementary in Trophy Club, with the help of an active PTA, recently received an “exemplary” rating from the Texas Education Agency.
Today, Trophy Club has over 2,800 households and approximately 7,600 residents. It is anticipated that each year, over 200 additional households will make Trophy Club home. New homes are being offered in six villages, with prices ranging from $200,000-$800,000.
